Yes. We carry portable, professional-grade equipment to conduct a comprehensive eye examination, including vision assessment, refraction, eye health evaluation, and where needed, a therapeutic assessment. The clinical standard is the same as an in-practice visit.

You can book online through our website, or contact us directly by phone or email. We schedule visits by area on set days of the week, so we'll confirm a time that works for your location.

We recommend booking at least a week in advance where possible, particularly for aged care facilities. For urgent clinical needs, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you sooner.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. This helps us offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.

Yes. Our optometrist holds a therapeutically endorsed, meaning we can diagnose and manage a range of eye conditions and prescribe therapeutic eye drops where clinically appropriate — including for dry eye, infection, and inflammation.

If we detect a condition that requires further investigation or specialist care such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, or diabetic eye disease we will refer you to the appropriate ophthalmologist or specialist, and communicate our findings clearly to support continuity of care.

A $20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is fully refunded when we see you on the day, it simply helps us protect your time slot and ensure we can plan our visits efficiently. The fee is not charged for aged care facility visits or bulk-billed domiciliary appointments.
